2,000 – 3,000 GPD PURIFIED WATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR WATER REFILLING STATION (21 Stages Purification System)

PROPOSED METHOD OF TREATMENT

Our proposal for the above mentioned water treatment plant is based on producing high quality and reliable supply of purified water utilizing the state of the art Reverse Osmosis System Technology.

The system proposed consists of a number of treatment stages as outlined below.

RAW WATER TANK

Raw Water from the main source is stored in the stainless steel 1000-liter capacity raw water tank. This tank is complete with level switches and automatic shut-off valve.

MULTIMEDIA FILTRATION

The deep well water is initially treated with filtration to remove sediments, organics and suspended matter down to 10-20 micron size.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTRATION

The water is then treated with activated carbon filtration to remove chlorine and some organics. It is essential to remove chlorine from the water, which if left unfiltered, will cause a premature drop off in the performance of the membranes.

WATER SOFTENING (AUTOMATIC HEAD)

The filtered water is treated by a softening process to reduce the magnesium and calcium hardness present in the water. Magnesium and calcium hardness present in the water forms scale and foul the R.O. membranes easily.

PRE-RO SEDIMENT CARTRIDGE TRIO
A cartridge filter is installed before the R.O. System to remove traces of MMF, ACF and WS. This is consists of 10, 5 and 1 micron rating poly sediment filter cartridge.

REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO)
R.O. technology involves using a high pressure pump to force a portion of the feed water through a semi-permeable membrane. The amount of permeate product water produced varies directly with the feed water pressure and temperature. Since the bulk of the product water contaminants are left on the feed water upstream side of the membrane and would over time, foul or scale the membrane, a portion of feed water is directed to drain. Complete with 1 set of Flow meter, Oil Pressure Gauges, 2 pcs of Solenoid Valve, Low Pressure Switch and Pressure Regulator.

RO WATER STORAGE TANK

R.O. Water is collected in the stainless steel 1000 liter capacity. This tank is complete with level switches, valves and float valve.

UV PRE-FILTER CARTRIDGE TRIO

A cartridge filter is installed to filter the remaining organics and other sediments before it passes the UV system. Slim 20” housing with element of EP, CBC and 1 micron sediment filter.

ULTRA VIOLET STERILIZATION
The purified water passes through a 6gpm UV Sterilizer as a final safeguard against bacteria. Bacterial growth in any high purified water treatment plant will increase the frequency of equipment cleans.

TREATED WATER QUALITY

The Multi Media Filter removes suspended particulate matter above 20 micron size and dissolved organics in the water. The Carbon Filter removes color, odor, taste and traces of chlorine in the water.

The cartridge filter removes any fines and particulates. The Reverse Osmosis unit reduces the conductivity of the raw water and removes most of the bacteria present in the water through the use of Ultraviolet System.

PLANT DESIGN BASIS

Our proposal has been on your daily usages of 2,000 – 3,000 gallons per day R.O. permeate water.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

The equipment offered includes Standard Plant Design, and further details are provided in the Schematic Diagram.

PRETREATMENT

The multi- media, activated carbon filter and water softener includes a fiberglass vessel and PVC pipe work to eliminate problems of corrosion and provides a long life with minimum maintenance.

The Water Softener, Carbon and Multi Media includes an Automatic timer initiation of regeneration.

Our design utilized our latest technology using the Reverse Osmosis.

CENTRAL PURIFICATION SYSTEM

    REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO)

The reverse osmosis unit is a package unit, and includes BW30 4040LE Spiral Wound TFC Membrane and high pressure pump controls. The Membrane is housed in stainless steel pressure vessel, which provided strength and durability.
